Shipping Information

  • What is the estimated delivery time?
    - An estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business day for Victoria.
    - It may take an estimated 4-7 business day for deliver to other states.

  • Will I get a message if the order is onboard delivery?
    Yes, you will receive a text message notification.
  • Which courier service do you use?
    - Aramex (Fastway Courier)
    - Australia Post
  • Do you offer same day dispatch?
    Yes, we dispatch orders on the same day as the order was placed and paid by 10am.
  • Do you offer same day delivery?
    Yes, we can provide same day delivery for orders from Melbourne metro within 3 hours, and $45 (ex.gst) additional cost will apply.
  • Where is the pickup address?

  • What is the time for pick up?
    8:30am-5:30pm (Monday-Friday), 9:00am-3:00pm (Saturday)
  • How to pickup my order?
    You will received a pickup instructions by text message or email when your order is ready for pickup.
  • What are the delivery options?
    - Authority to leave (ATL), the courier will leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address without obtaining a signature.

    - Signature delivery (SGR), the courier will obtain a signature from the receiver.
  • Will I get charged for additional delivery cost?
    In some cases, there might be an additional shipping charges for bulky or oversized items or deliver to non-metro areas, but we will inform you before dispatching your order.
  • What is the difference between standard and priority shipping?
    - Standard delivery time is normally up to 1 to 2 days and may experience delays in some cases.
    - Priority delivery time is up to 1 day, with delivery on the next day.
    - The day of pickup is referred to as day 0.

Returns Information

  • I have ordered wrong items, can I return?
    - For eligible return, we charge 20% re-stocking fee and buyer pays own freight for returns.
    - Eligible return request valid for within 7 days, we will not consider any claims after 7 days.
    - Returned items must be in resaleable conditions.
  • I have received an order but the goods and package are damaged.

  • Faulty products and warranty
    - We offer product replacement warranty.
    - Buyer needs to provide evidences to make a claim for replacement warranty.
    - Product warranty time period states in specification sheet.

    We use Eway Australia for online credit card payments.

  • Why some products are available on backorder?
    Some products are available on backorder due to stock shortages. This means that these products are temporarily out of stock and cannot be immediately provided to customers. It takes longer to prepare and deliver these products because of delays in the supply chain or issues in the manufacturing process.
  • Do you have a showroom?
    While we don't have a shopfront, you can contact us at 0415267627, and we'll see if we can arrange a suitable time for you to view our products.
  • Can i pay cash on pickup?
    While we don't have a physical shop for cash transactions, we require orders to be paid in advance through website online, bank transfer or pay over the phone.
